We are an Australian family owned Beauty Supply business based in Victoria. We were born out of frustration at the lack of quality nail art and beauty supplies available in Australia and the sadness our wallets felt spending hard earned dollars on expensive international shipping!
We are so excited to make amazing, good quality products more accessible and cost efficient for other beauty enthusiasts like us. We have a strong passion for ethical, vegan friendly products, and try to source products that are better for your health and our environment!

Returns, Refunds and Cancellations:
It is recommended that you choose wisely, before purchasing. Please contact us if you have a query and we will do our utmost to help. All approved returns must be made within 14 days of purchase. If it is possible to arrange an exchange for goods deemed unsuitable, we will do so. However, we will not give refunds or exchanges if you change your mind or make a wrong choice. If a return is approved, it is the customer’s responsibility to have the goods returned to us in its original condition. The shipping costs only for returns for products deemed faulty will be met by Beauty Merchant®. Shipping costs for approved exchanges for change of mind will be met by the customer and must be returned using registered post. Any refund due will be processed by the initial method of payment that was used. If Beauty Merchant® determines that there may be a legitimate reason to cancel or not process a sale – Beauty Merchant® will refund the customer the full amount, via the initial method of payment used.
Beauty Merchant® will endeavour to have orders shipped from our office within 24 hours of ordering, during business days. We use a mix of courier services and Australia Post, and the decision as to which one we choose, depends on the location of the customer. We want our customers to receive their goods as quickly as possible, so we will make every effort to try and achieve this. All processed orders will have tracking information provided, so you can check its location at any time. However, if an item is late or you are concerned about its delivery, please do not hesitate to contact us. International shipping times are sometimes determined by Customs in either Australia or the receiving country. Due to the nature of some of our products, Customs may need to open some packages to ensure that documentation we provide is in line with the products we are sending. This can sometimes hold up delivery for a few days. We always use tracking to keep an eye on this, and we also provide the customer with this information as well. Items deemed as dangerous goods are not permitted to be sent. Couriers and Australia Post only deliver between Monday and Friday – excluding public holidays. This can vary from state to state. Please bear this in mind when placing your order, as this can impact delivery times.
Please ensure your details are correct before ordering. Once the shipping agent delivers your order, Beauty Merchant® takes no responsibility for any damage, theft or loss of your goods. So please ensure there is a safe place to leave packages if you are unavailable to be there to take delivery.
Free shipping is provided within Australia for orders over $180.
Some of our products are strictly for use by professionals, especially chemicals and nail gels. Beauty Merchant® will not take responsibility for miss-use of any products. Products supplied by Beauty Merchant are covered by warranties provided by the manufacturer. There are variations in warranty periods for different products. Chemical products must be used in a safe manner and stored in a safe place, to avoid contamination, poisoning, hazards and fire. Please read instructions on each product before using. Beauty Merchant takes no responsibility for negligence in this regard.

We also use payment gateways in order for you to finalise payments to us, and we cannot guarantee the security of these said payment gateways. We endeavour at all times to comply with the Australian Privacy Act 1988. Beauty Merchant® has a valid SSL Certificate installed on our website. This ensures that there is standard security technology for establishing an encrypted link between a web server and a browser. This link ensures that all data passed between the web server and the browsers remain private and integral. Beauty Merchant® uses Shopify as our shopping platform who use “Let’s Encrypt” to provide security.
